If you want to play with your friends or make new friends, there are board games and video games of all types and skill levels for you. We have an extensive board game library of over 700 games, that you can check out and play during your stay at the convention. We also have a multi-platform free play video game zone to play friendlies with your buddies or show your competitive side to win bragging rights at the end of the day.

Salt Lake Gaming Con is home to the most gaming tournaments in the region. There are over 40 tournaments for consoles, PC, board games, tabletop, and card games.We are also host to a number of big regional events including Fantasy Flight and Wizkids.

No matter what type of gaming you prefer, we have a tournament for you.

Have you ever tried to Live Action Roleplay (LARP)? What about play in a giant NERF war? Have you ever seen 30 people playing Twister on a giant board? What about going through a state of the art haunted house?

The focus of Salt Lake Gaming Con will always be about your overall gaming experience, but we do bring in some special guest. Anyone from famous actors, leaders in the gaming industry, professional athletes, and professional gamers. We book a wide variety of special guests to make sure that we have someone that everyone wants to see.

Do you like to demo new games? Do you want to play some of the newest games before they come out? What about looking for that one-of-a-kind gaming art that no one else will have? We have one of the biggest collection of gaming specific vendors in the western US.

Do you like to learn about all aspects of the gaming industry? We have panels that range anywhere from well-known voice actors to famous Twitch streamers, from game developers to RPG experts. No matter what your passions are, we have a panel for you.

We know there are very passionate people in the cosplay community. Salt Lake Gaming Con is one of the biggest cosplay events in the state. We host cosplay specific programming, panels and cosplay contests for the novice and for the veteran. We look forward to seeing your best cosplay on the convention floor.
