Job Description Duties include, but not limited to: - Processing and responding to credit card disputes and chargebacks. - Reviewing daily transaction records and reports - Resolving any billing or fulfillment issues - Assembling data for regular reports - Determining and sending partner fulfillment reports - Assisting team with game redemption code info - Helping test Billing related site changes - Communicate Billing updates and changes to team - Assisting in billing research matters - Part time position working approximately 25-29 hours/week in our Salt Lake City Studio Qualifications Skills required: - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Superior organization and problem solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Ability to work with coworkers and management from a variety of disciplines and remote locations - Ability to synthesize information from a variety of different simultaneous sources - Consistency in tone and performance - Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently - Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Backgrounds preferred, but not required: - Administrative, Office Management - Project and/or Client Management - Accounting/Bookkeeping/Banking experience - Experience working with Paypal, Cybersource, WorldPay, or BoaCompra
